Do students have better chance of going to the PRIVATE university of the state they reside in? because I live in georgia and i have 82.2 % for emory and i think it's a bit overrated. If it's not then im applying. so please answer

I go to high school right now about 5 mins away from Emory.. great business school.. I think I will def apply
