This is the school I regret not applying to the most, considering more than half the kids there have under 3.75 gpas, i might have actually had a shot. I just never seriously considered it, but in reality, going to school in the south wouldnt have been so bad, this might not be as prestigious a school as some of the ivies(which i think also might have influenced me which was really retarded on my part), but like a lot of schools, there are departments where they are just as good. They have a rep as more of the nerdier place, but ive heard stories contrary to this.

Visited campus, met with admissions counselor when he came to area, made it clear that Vandy was by far #1 choice (which it was). Doubt there'll be any merit scholarships, but was pleasantly surprised by the financial aid package. It was actually very similar to the expense predicted by College Prowler, and better than the estimate on finaid.org.
