My chances?

I'm a sophomore in the IB Program. 4.0 unweighted/4.73 weighted gpa as of right now. Three clubs and one varsity sport make up my extracurriculars. 120 hours of community service performed. Have a 7-week paid internship this summer, will continue to play golf, and am attending the National Young Leaders' Conference in DC in less than a month. Chances?

no likely letters aren't a decision its just a way for UVa to say that they really like you, most admitted students don't even recieve one. but it is a good sign of acceptance not all the time, but a very good sign.

what do you mean by "likely letters" have been sent - is this the admissions decision?
