With my academic information, do I really have a 50% chance of getting in to this school? Does it help a lot that I'm a minority?

Just like any tool for prediction, this site is not perfect and gets many things wrong. This is why we try to give you a prediction accuracy so that you know it is not perfect.

Also, I do not know how Michigan treats deferral; at some schools, deferral is not necessarily a bad sign (obviously it's not as good as an up-front acceptance, of course).

It said I have a 92.2% chance of getting in and I got deferred, which basically means I didn't get in.
