They said they are not waitlisting me or rejecting me, but I they are going to "review my applications materials again." Does this mean they are probably going to reject me?

I think you defenitely have a chance! Just put your best foot forward. Early Admission is binding so make sure this is the school you really want to go to, and EDs have higher acceptance rates soo BEST OF LUCK!!

I pretty sure you'll get in RD, but if you love the school and you're really sure you want to go there, then do ED.
