waaaaaaaay too preppy for me, and the val from our school last yr who got into seven ivies is really struggling there, so based on that and many other things ive heard this is a school id tell kids w/ top qualifications to be a little wary off.

First choice. You should check out Princeton's financial aid policies if you haven't already. Quite impressive. My interviewer graduated from Princeton in 1964 (just two years after my parents were born! He even let me flip through his yearbook. It was an awesome experience.

#1 choice. Dream school since birth (well, practically). I live twenty minutes outside of Princeton and have always loved the campus, Nassau Street, and the overall atmosphere. Ultimate undergrad experience. In terms of my school... one student gets in every year. Whereas for Harvard and Yale, hardly anyone gets in. Probably has to do with the fact that I live in New Jersey. (Last year, however, the student decided not to attend.) Hopefully, the one-a-year trend continues...

December 31 1969
Coming into the process and even until revisit weekend I thought I wanted to go to Princeton. It's a great school and a lovely place, but there are a lot of unhappy people here. Sure many people love it here and would doubtless love college anywhere, but there were high levels of dissatisfaction that I did not see at Yale.
